Monsters in the Closet Slot

Monsters in the Closet is a new MicroGaming video slot, released to online casinos on October 11th 2010, just in time to get into the Halloween spirit. It features 50 paylines, a free spins feature, a wild symbol, and “The Monster Closet Bonus”.

Trigger free spins by hitting 3 or more Door Knocker scatter symbols during one spin. You are awarded 12 free spins with a x3 multiplier, the Monster Closet Bonus can be triggered during free spins, and 12 more free spins can be won with three more Door Knocker landing on the reels during one of the spins.

The Monster Closet Bonus feature is triggered when three or more Door Key scatter symbols land on the reels during a spin. You are taken to a screen with several doors to choose from, pick one to reveal your prize. There are two second-level bonus features that can be triggered by revealing certain symbols hiding behind the closet doors. The first is the Scary Slam Bonus, where you can collect monster winnings before time runs out. The second feature is the Destination Bonus, where you try to find the monster that matches the type of place it would live.

With all the bonus features available, you would think that you’d be able to win something once in a while. I found it was very tough to hit anything and all the times I played it, it just took my money as fast as it could. It does have nice graphics with funny-looking monsters, but that doesn’t mean much for your experience if you are losing. I don’t normally like games with two features that are triggered by two separate scatter symbols. It seems like you can hit two of each quite often, but it’s tough to hit three matching scatters.

Try Monsters in the Closet at any of these great MicroGaming casinos, maybe you will have better luck than I did.

Tigers Eye Slot

Tiger’s Eye is another recently released video slot by MicroGaming. It features 40 paylines, a free spins bonus round that features an escalating multiplier, and stacked wilds on all 5 reels.

The free spins feature is triggered when 3 or more scatter symbols land on the reels during a spin. Regardless of the number of scatters involved in triggering the feature, you are awarded 10 free spins. The great thing about the free spins is the escalating multiplier. The first free spin has a multiplier of x1 and then it increases with each spin until the last one is multiplied by 10! You can end up with some very nice wins from this feature.

There is also a “Gamble” feature that allows you to gamble a win from any spin or the full free spin feature. Pick the color of the next card drawn from a deck to double your win, you can continue doubling until a set limit is reached.

I really like this new slot, it seems to hit free spins quite often. You are only given 10 free spins, but if you hit a bunch of stacked wilds at a high multiplier, you can get some huge wins. This slot and Dolphin Coast are the best two slots recently released by MicroGaming. They have definitely been better to me than recent new slots.

Play Tiger’s Eye now at any of these reputable MicroGaming online casinos.

Dolphin Coast

Dolphin Coast is a new video slot available at MicroGaming online casinos. It is a 5-reel, 5-symbol high video slot that features 3125 ways to win, free spins, a bonus wild symbol on reel 3, and stacked wilds on reels 2 and 4.

It is similar to the Cashapillar slot in format, using a 5×5 grid, though it is different in many ways and definitely seems to pay more often. Although Dolphin Coast only has stacked wilds on the 2nd and 4th reels, there is still potential for some very big wins, especially if the bonus wild symbol lands on the middle reel when the wilds are stacked on reels 2 and 4.

The bonus wild symbol is only present on the third reel. When it lands during a spin, and symbols line up on at least reels 1 and 2, three dolphins pop up for you to choose from. Pick one dolphin to reveal the multiplier, from x2 to x4, that will be applied to any winning combinations involving that wild symbol.

The free spins bonus feature is triggered when three or more scatter symbols land on the reels. You are awarded 15, 20, or 25 free spins for a triggering spin with 3, 4, or 5 scatters respectively. During free spins, the wilds are no longer stacked, but they can land on any of the reels. The highest paying symbols are stacked instead, which can lead to some very nice wins during the free spin feature.

This new slot became an instant favorite of mine due to the frequent wins, and free spins are also triggered often. Lately I have been turned off of new slot games because they usually seem to be very tight, but this new game appears to be an exception. I haven’t had any big wins yet, but see the screenshots below for paytable information, and check back often as I will update them with winning screenshots.

Play Dolphin Coast today at any of these reputable MicroGaming online casinos.

Freeroll Slot Tournaments Grow

It was only around the middle of the year (2010) when Maple Casino launched the largest Euro-based freeroll slots tournament, with prizes totalling €25,000.

In October they raised the bar by increasing the total prizes of their monthly tournament to €30,000! That’s currently over $42k in Canadian dollars. Due to the popularity of the monthly tournament, they are keeping the prize total at €30,000 for the time being.

These free monthly tournaments start near the end of each month, with (FREE) registration opening around the 20th, and the tournament starting a week later.

Get in there quickly after registration opens to secure your spot in this huge freeroll tournament. Spaces are limited, and entry into the slot tournament is totally free! All you need to do is place in the top 100 to win a cash prize!

Stay Away From Bwin.com

Due to recent events, it has been decided by many in the online gambling community to issue a warning to players to stay away from Bwin.com, and affiliates to stay away from their BeWinners affiliate program.

On Sept. 14th, 2010, Bwin announced their so-called “new and improved” affiliate program – BeWinners – with several new and shocking Terms and Conditions. These terms were blatantly obvious in their intent to steal money from the hard working affiliates who have been the main source of Bwin’s success over the years.

Why warn players to stay away and not just affiliates? Simply because if Bwin is willing to steal from its business partners, it is not a safe place for anyone to play at. This has been seen many times in the past, if affiliates are treated poorly, players are often treated worse. Most affiliates care about how the players are treated at the gambling establishments they promote, which is why many of us have decided to issue this warning.

Bwin and BeWinners have been contacted many times since mid-September and refuse to budge on these terms. Both the casino and affiliate program are now considered rogue at Affiliate Guard Dog.

Visit Belosers.com to read more about this issue and see the new terms.

New Slots are Here

New slots are here! Four new online slots were released today at these trusted MicroGaming casinos, be one of the first to try them out!

The new slots released are Dolphin Coast, Monsters in the Closet, Steinfest, and Tiger’s Eye (click the names to read more info on each slot).

I gave them a quick test run, and so far my favorites are Dolphin Coast and Tiger’s Eye, they both gave me free spins in the short time that I played them. I landed a nice hit on Tiger’s Eye during free spins, see the screenshot below, I was only betting 40 cents per spin but ended up winning $40 by the end of the free spins.

The other two slots just took my money, and I don’t really like slots with two scatter symbols for different bonus games. It seems to add too many symbols to the mix and makes it tough to line things up or even just hit one of the bonuses, especially when there are only 9 paylines like on Steinfest. I will go back to play them some more, just wanted to give you my first impressions, though it looks like Steinfest will be another slot that I won’t play very often.

Try these fun new slots and more at these great MicroGaming online casinos. I recommend playing Tiger’s Eye first.

All Star Slots

All Star Slots online casino has an interesting history. It was launched in 2008 using the Wizard Gaming software platform, which isn’t used by many casinos at all, but soon migrated to RTG software. The Club World group bought All Star Slots in March 2010 and player satisfaction grew considerably.

As with all the other Club World online casinos, I am very pleased with the customer service and payout times. Live chat is very quick to respond, and they are good at solving your problems and/or answering your questions.

Play the Reel-Series of video slots and win random jackpots from $1000 to over $10,000 which can be awarded on the completion of any spin.

Enjoy a 100% welcome bonus when you sign up at this great casino.

Manhattan Slots

Manhattan Slots online casino is another great RTG casino backed by the highly trusted and well established Club World group of online casinos.

The casino lobby is nicely designed and easy to navigate, but there is one unique feature about this online casino. The game icons are colored either blue, yellow, or red telling you that the game is either cold, warm, or hot. You won’t always win when you play a game that’s supposed to be hot (red icon), but I found that it does seem to help, and I have done quite well at this casino.

Since it is a Club World online casino, you know that there will be no worries getting paid when you win, and customer service is top notch. I’ve always enjoyed playing at the RTG casinos that are backed by the Club World group, it’s just nice to know that you are playing at a reputable casino.

Sign up at Manhattan Slots online casino today and enjoy a fantastic 100% welcome bonus that you can claim twice!

Steinfest

Steinfest is a new slot, slated for release on October 11th to MicroGaming online casinos. It features 9 paylines, a wild symbol, the “Beer Chug Bonus”, and a free spins bonus feature.

Free spins are triggered when 3 or more scatter symbols land on the reels. You are awarded 10 free spins with a x2 multiplier. Free spins can be retriggered and I’m assuming the Beer Chug bonus can also be triggered during free spins. I will know for sure when I get to play the game. I don’t normally enjoy playing 9-line slots due to the less frequent wins, but some slots can be very generous despite the low amount of paylines.

The Beer Chug bonus game is triggered when three or more Beer Stein symbols line up from left to right on an active payline. You are taken to a screen with 12 patrons sitting at the bar. Select up to 5 patrons, based on the amount of Beer Stein symbols that lined up, to reveal your prizes.

Come back soon to read my full review of this slot after I get a chance to play it. Play it yourself when it is released on October 11th at any of these MicroGaming Casinos.
